Many things can cause frequently being tired. In my case, It’s a combination of not enough sleep (thanks to the baby) and too much work (business work and trying to keep the house halfway clean!). I jokingly say my blood is more caffeine than red blood cells, although I really wouldn’t be surprised if it were proven true! And yes, I know caffeine is not good for me, but – it keeps me awake! Boredom can cause fatigue! Ever have one of those days when you have NOTHING to do? Ever notice how tired you are? While you certainly don’t want to wear yourself out to the point of exhaustion, you do not want to bore yourself to sleep, either!
Add some color! If your surrounds are drab and dull, you’ll feel colorless also! Let the sun shine in your home, have colorful artwork or wall colors or accent items! Being in a place that looks cheerful can often help wake you up!
Get moving! Those endorphins that are released when we exercise make us feel good! So go out and take a walk, or ride your bike, or go for a swim! Let those endorphins life your spirits!
Drinking two tablespoons of coconut oil a day may help increase your energy level!
Add a tablespoon of Apple cider vinegar to your morning glass of water!
Eat five small meals a day instead of three large ones! Not only will this help you lose weight, it also keeps your metabolism running throughout the day!
